An online estate agent is to launch a crowdfunding campaign.
As first reported by ROSALIND RENSHAW in propertyindustryeye.com, Nu:move says on Seedrs that it has marketed over 10,000 properties worth over £3bn, adding: “Our aim is to have a franchisee in all major cities allowing us to bridge the gap that still exists between traditional estate agents and online estate agents.”
It is inviting potential investors to pre-register for early access to its crowdfunding campaign “and join our mission to redefine how people buy, sell and let property”.
The business does not say how much it is looking to raise.
Nu:move has been around for some time, and already has some franchisees listed on its site, and also mentions presences internationally. It is currently selling UK properties from £699 with lettings from £149.
According to Companies House, it was incorporated in December 2013.
Based in Telford, Shropshire, its directors include Parminder and Karan Batth.
Its last accounts, for 2018, show it had assets of over £2m.
